Ingredients:
• 2 cups water
• 200g Palabok noodles, cooked according to package directions
• 100g shrimps, shelled and boiled
• 1 tbsp crushed chicharon
• 1 pc hard boiled egg, sliced lengthwise
• 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
Instructions:
Dissolve Pancit Palabok Mix in water.
Bring to a boil. Stir until sauce thickens
Pour on cooked noodles
Garnish with seafood, chicharon, egg and spring onions.
