BOIL Pad Thai Noodles in water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside. DISSOLVE McCormick Pad Thai Seasoning Mix in 1 cup water. Set aside. STIR-FRY shrimps, bean sprouts, toss in noodles and pour dissolved sauce mixture. ADD the scrambled egg, sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with the lime wedges and cilantro. Serves 4.
